Kajimachi was a small village in Hirosaki, a northern city in Japan. It was known for making swords, knives and blades. The village made katanas for the Samurai Warriors who lived in Hirosaki-Jo, a castle located in Hirosaki. This was in the 15th through 17th century Kajimachi played a big part in the Samurai Warrior history in Japan. Today, Kajimachi is an exciting restaurant in Hirosaki, Japan, where they serve amazing food and drinks. We hope to serve you the same experience as you join us at Kajimachi in Harrisburg for the best dining experience. They have the best tasting steak, vegetable, and rice bowl I ever hard. Not sure what they used for such good flavor but it was soooooo good. They cook it right in front of you and make it fun to watch. My little sister loves this place.

I ordered spicy tuna roll and spider roll. Food came out really impress me . Most restaurants spicy tuna roll either have too much crunch or too much rice. The chef make the roll perfectly , also the spider roll is the best I ever try. He didn't dump those sauce on the roll the slice is perfect one bite. Will definitely come back when visit

Fantastic location. We've sat down to eat several times and it's always a fun experience and the food is great! If you don't want to sit down, they also do take out! Whenever we pick up an order, it's fresh and thoughtfully packaged. Everyone is also very friendly!
