Kajimachi was a small village in Hirosaki, a northern city in Japan. It was known for making swords, knives and blades. The village made katanas for the Samurai Warriors who lived in Hirosaki-Jo, a castle located in Hirosaki. This was in the 15th through 17th century Kajimachi played a big part in the Samurai Warrior history in Japan. Today, Kajimachi is an exciting restaurant in Hirosaki, Japan, where they serve amazing food and drinks. We hope to serve you the same experience as you join us at Kajimachi in Harrisburg for the best dining experience. We hope to awaken all of your senses from the food sizzling on the grill, to the amazing show that the professional chefs provide for you.
